Loloi Scottie scalloped rug

The Loloi Scottie rug combines a Fog / Ivory palette with a double-striped border and scalloped outer edge. We selected the hand-tufted wool rug for the way its shaped perimeter can echo rounded seating without adding a strong interior pattern.

How it fits everyday life

Let some of the border remain visible around furniture if the scalloped edge is the reason for choosing it. The muted gray and ivory colors can sit beneath pale upholstery while still making the seating area's boundary easy to see.

Before you choose

Mark out the selected 7 ft 9 in by 9 ft 9 in size on the floor and check where furniture will conceal the shaped edge. Its 100% wool construction and distinctive perimeter are separate choices; a plain rectangular rug may suit a layout where almost the entire border will be hidden.

A fictional moment

In a fictional tower apartment, a resident notices the scalloped rug edge each time they walk around the sofa to water a plant. That small repeated curve becomes part of the room's daily rhythm.
